Last Friday night, I had part-time job in Saikai. That day wasn't very busy and everyone work there felt boring. So, Saikai's master asked us" Do you like hot cake? I will make one, if you guys like it." We said" Yes master! We like it very much~❤." Then master began to made, he use some hot cake powder, two eggs, some milk and... he put a piece of tofu in it. We doesn't know why he put the tofu, so we asked him. He said, tofu can make hot cake eating more softly and delicious. We ate the cake together and I think it is the most delicious hot cake I have ever ate before.
I also didn't know to put a piece of tofu in hotcake. I will try it!!
