Recently, I start doing the workout. It is the DVD, called "THE TRACY ANDERSON METHOD MAT WORKOUT". When I first doing the workout, I was so crazy because my arms, waist and legs were both hurt, I can't walk for three days! This workout DVD is not very easy to do. For example, from doing the arm exercise, I saw her hold her arms on the air, up-down and up-down. It looks really easy to do but when I do it like her, I can't do that more than two minutes and my arms are on fire.. I couldn't writing the next day!!
But I still keeping doing this workout and I think it is unique and amazing, it really changed my body. All of my friends and all of people who says, "I really want to workout, I want to change my body but I just don't have the time, I have many homework, I have part-time jobs." I just want to say, "I do too, but I just try to make it priority." Believe my, the result is quick and it was really happen.

返信削除I remember a few years back doing a DVD workout one time. It was a LOT harder than I expected. We did it as a family, so it was a lot of fun.
